Ep 5: “Enterprise Technical Aptitude” with Chris Tompkins, Indiana University

In this episode, we talked inception at IU and then focused on team structure and capabilities. With 15 team members, Chris outlines the governance and prioritization that keeps them successful and nimble as they stretch across the enterprise at IU. He breaks down their staff into squads, tells us what he looks for in new staff (a clue is in our title) and answered many community questions. In our ending sequence, we talked about “seeking the golden apple.” This was a fun one; we’ll definitely have Chris back to talk more about the IU Convergence Cloud.
